What are your delivery charges?

For Australia: Flat delivery fee of $15 Australian Dollars by Australia POST (Regular Parcel).
For New Zealand: Flat delivery fee of $20 Australian Dollars by Australia POST (Air Mail).
For Worldwide: Flat delivery fee of $25 Australian Dollars by Australia POST (Air Mail).

How soon will I receive my order?

For orders within Australia, you will receive your products normally within 3 to 5 working days.

 
Payment 

What forms of payment do you accept online? 

We use PayPal for accepting payment so this means you can use your credit card to pay online such as Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express. 

How secure is your store?

When you use your credit card (either Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express) to pay via PayPal, PayPal uses SSL technology to keep your information safe. When you pay us via PayPal, we will not receive sensitive financial information like your credit card or bank account number. This way, you don't have to worry about exposing your credit card details to us. Your financial details are secure.

Return and refunds

What is your Return Policy?

If you are not satisfied with any product you receive from your online order, you can return it. Upon approval, you will be refunded in the same form as you have paid if our product is returned within 7 days of purchase. If your order arrives damaged, please alert us via email within 48 hours of delivery. 

Order status

How can I check the status of my order?

To check the status of your web order, you must be a registered customer and you must be logged into your account on our web store. Click on your account and view Order History. 

I see that I have a "Processing" status when I log in to view my order status. What does that mean?

"Processing" means we've already received your payment and we are preparing to mail out your ordered product. You cannot change your order when we are processing it but you can always email us and let us know if you want to exchange an item. 

Wholesale and trade enquiries

I am interested in selling your products. Am I eligible? 

As we are the Paul Penders exclusive country importer and distributor in Australia, you'll need to be located within Australia to be our independent distributor.
